Please inform Grand Tonic Hotel & SPA NUXE of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The credit card used to make the reservation will be requested upon arrival. This credit card must match the name of the person staying in the room. The Nuxe Spa is accessible from 9:00am to 9:00pm. In our ongoing commitment to improving and modernizing our facilities, we are undertaking essential renovation work to the façade of our establishment. This work, expected to last four months, aims to optimize the experience of our common customers among us and to create an even more pleasant environment. We would like to reassure you that the hotel remains open during this period and that we will do everything possible to maintain our services at the level of customer expectations. However, due to the nature of the work, occasional noise pollution may occur during the day. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 euro per pet, per (night) applies.
